Starting with an career in the WRAF where she saw active service in 1990, Karen then followed this with 20 years in the Corporate world within Learning and Development. Her work saw her leading many leadership change programmes demanding the effective development and engagement of people.

Karen has the ability to skillfully influence and progress leaders and teams as well as deal with many diverse stakeholders where she is known as an outstanding deliverer of quality provision.

Within her own business here at Dunelm, Karen offers diverse coaching and leadership coaching, training and  personal development helping business owners, CEOs, MDs and senior Executives focusing on their strategic leadership improvement.

Muneerah joined Dunelm Business Consultants in June 2015, shortly after she successfully completed her Events Management degree with first class honours. Her main role within the organisation involves the coordination of all events, as well as the management of small to large scale company projects. With her recent coaching and mentoring qualification attainment, Muneerah now combines her specialism in events management with her passion for effectively engaging people. 

Previously, Muneerah had an impressive career working as a short-haul Cabin Crew Supervisor out of London Heathrow Airport, which allowed her to fullfil her other passion which is travelling.

Julia joined Dunelm Business Consultants in March 2019. Her main role within the company involves the day-to-day management of business operations. Julia is one of the main points of contact within the business and her passion for people and organisational skills ensure that every client/project receives the best level of attention and customer care.

Previously working within Work Experience, Health & Safety, Employment, and Fundraising, Julia has an extensive background in business, administration and organisation.
