Karen Tracey facilities workshop at "STEM the Gap"

On Thursday 27th June 2019, I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop on the culture within STEM organisations at The Manufacturing Technology Centre. The “STEM the gap” event was attended by 100 female engineers who want to change the perception of engineering. The outcome was both inspiring & incredibly thought provoking.
